Bookkeeping, taxes, and year-round planning built around how the green industry actually works: seasonal, equipment-heavy, and busiest exactly when you have no time for paperwork.

A landscaping company earns most of its money in eight months and spends money in all twelve. The trucks, mowers, and trailers cost as much as cars. The crew grows and shrinks with the season, and the person cutting checks is usually the same person quoting tomorrow’s jobs.
Generic accounting treats all of that like a corner store: money in, money out, file in April. A preparer who does not know the rhythm of this work can report what happened — but reporting is not the same as understanding, and it is understanding that keeps a company out of trouble.
A winter that quietly ate the cash cushion, because nobody planned for four slow months. A truck bought in November that never made it into the books. Subcontractors paid all summer with no W-9s collected, turning January’s 1099s into a scramble. Jobs priced by gut feel, because the real cost of a mow-and-blow route was never on paper.
None of it shows up until it shows up — as a tax bill with no warning, a February payroll that gets tight, or a season of hard work that somehow ends with nothing left over.
Bookkeeping that fits a field business: fuel, materials, equipment, and sub labor categorized so your reports say something true about each part of the operation, every month.
Tax preparation with the deadlines of a trade business tracked for you — including the March S-Corp date and the January 1099s for every sub you paid.
Tax planning that looks ahead: what a new mower or truck does to your taxes before you buy it, whether your business structure still fits, and estimated payments that keep up as you grow.
And for a crew that is just going out on its own, startup services that set the company up right from the first transaction.
Every bookkeeping plan includes the Quarterly Check-In — and in this industry, the quarters mean something.
Before the season ramps up, we look at last year’s real numbers so this year’s jobs are priced on facts, not gut feel.
Mid-peak, we check whether the busy season is actually profitable — while there is still time to adjust, not after it is over.
Before December 31, we walk through year-end decisions — equipment timing, estimated payments — inside the window where they still count.
While the phones are quiet, we plan the year ahead: what to charge, what to buy, and what to set aside.
Lawn maintenance routes. Landscape installation companies. Irrigation contractors. Tree services. Hardscape crews. Owner-operators building toward something bigger. If that is your world, this is built for you.
It works the same whether you are down the road in Florida or several states away. And we welcome right-fit clients from nearby trades too — construction, roofing, business services, counseling, and content creation. See plans and pricing for how it is packaged.

"Taxes are never fun, but Ms. West makes them as simple and survivable was possible. She has helped us for several years and does a great job. She has even helped me organize things in my little side business to make tax time less cumbersome! 10 out of 10!"

It is our main focus. Our clients run lawn care routes, install and irrigation companies, tree services, and hardscape crews. We know how seasonal cash flow works, how equipment purchases affect taxes, and why a busy month can still feel broke.
Less than you might think. Once you decide, we request your records, set up your books, and handle the handoff. Most of the work happens on our side while you keep running your crews.
No. Everything happens over the phone and by video, so you never lose half a workday driving to an office.
